Impacted services:
- All UPI transactions from HDFC savings and current accounts
- RuPay credit card UPI payments issued by HDFC
- HDFC Mobile Banking app UPI functions
- UPI transactions via third-party apps integrated with HDFC
- Merchant UPI payments routed through HDFC
Additional effects:
- NetBanking, MobileBanking, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS fund transfers
- Restricted access to account details, deposits, merchant payments
