Big names in entertainment in the list
Some of the biggest names of entertainment have made it in the list. The ‘Artists’ category, especially named names include Ed Sheeran, Scarlett Johansson, Edam Scott, Kristen Waig, Rashida Jones, Diego Luna, Daniel Deadwilers, Hosier and Mohammad Rasolof.Icon, Titans, Pioneers and Innovators
Meanwhile, Demi Moore, Adrian Body and Heroyuki Snada were listed under the ‘icon’ category. Blake Liveli was painted between ‘Titans’. Rose made it on the ‘Pioneers’ list, while Snow Dog and John M. Chu was included in the ‘Innovators’ section.
How the list is cuisted
The list is cuisted through a detailed process led by Dan McSai and Kate Mathews. Time journalists engage in a long process of debate and discovery, collaborating with sources and partners globally to reduce the list to 100 individuals. This year, five covered stars were selected: Snup Dog, Damis Hasabis, Serena Williams, Ed Sheeran and Demi Moore.
There was no Indian star in 2025, but their inclusion was seen in previous years
2025 Time List 100 No Indian stars were included. In contrast, last year, Alia Bhatt made the list, while Deepika Padukone appeared in 2018. In addition, Shah Rukh Khan was nominated in the 2023 list, which included the ‘icon’ section.
