This trio is already causing enthusiasm, as each of them is known for their comic timing and screen appearance. Fans of origin may be a bit disappointed, as the 2005 film starred Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor and Ferdin Khan. But producer Boney Kapoor had earlier explained why the original artists would not return.
Why the original artists are not returning
In an interview with News18 Showsha, Boney Kapoor shared, “Unfortunately, we can’t repeat the same star cast because there were issues, especially with dates. We need a combination dates of at least 200 days to complete the shoot.”
He said that the production of the film is scheduled to start the mid-next year, “This (shooting) will start soon, perhaps it will start as soon as possible. We have also decided on the release date, it will be released on 26 October 2025-Diwali. The shooting will probably start in June or July. Hopefully we will hold again with the target as we will be post-production again.”
While some fans may remember the old trio of Salman, Anil, and Ferdin, the new team of Varun, Arjun and Diljit promises to bring a different magic. Tamannaah Bhatia’s entry also adds a spark, especially since she shows her comic talent in previous films. If Aditi Rao comes on the Hydeari Board, the film will have a strong female line-up to match the energy of the men’s lead.
