Babil Khan recently opened his experience of working with megastar Amitabh Bachchan and again saw some childhood memories associated with Aryan Khan, son of Shah Rukh Khan. Babil has an unpublished film, Umesh HistoryWith Bachchan, and he recalled his time with an experienced actor.
In a conversation with Lallantop, Babil was asked if he had any suggestions for Amitabh Bachchan To help them cross 50 million followers on social media. Responding to humility, he said that he would not accept Bachchan to advise anyone. Instead, he expressed deep praise for the way the legendary actor he operated himself. He shared that he wanted to receive advice from Bachchan, as actor’s humility – even during failures – inspiration for him.
Babil shared, “That is a major example of how a person can grow with pain and sorrow. The way he only puts his head down and reaches work … I have actually done a film with him; it has not been released yet,” Babil shared.
He said that the moments spent with Bachchan on the set, even if brief, left a permanent impact on it. Talking about the atmosphere, he said that senior actors would arrive in a helicopter, attract a large crowd, yet it should be ground through all.
He said, “He will come to set in a helicopter; there will be a crowd of people only to catch a glimpse of it. But through that noise, you see a human being. It’s a great thing,” he said.
The son of the late actor Irrfan Khan also talked about how his parents ensured that despite his celebrity status, he was regularly raised. He remembered to go to the set of Bilu Barber, where Shah Rukh Khan had a cameo.
While Babil mentioned that he was not especially with many people in the film industry, he shared memories of playing football with Aryan Khan during childhood.
“I want me (Shahrukh) to meet again. But I move around with Aryan. We played football together as children. He is a very, very brave man. He is a strong person, a mature person, a wise man,” he shared.
Aryan Khan is currently preparing for the beginning of his direction.
