Blusmart users reported to be unable to book rides for specific travel time or dates through the company’s mobile app starting on Wednesday. The company has allegedly stopped booking for areas including Delhi Airport and parts of Gurugram.
Among these developments, the users who have already added funds to their blusmart wallet want to withdraw them. Although the app can still be downloaded, a sudden suspension of services may push users to consider alternative options for their travel needs.
Meanwhile, the Electric Cab-Helling firm assured its customers that it would begin to return their wallet balance within 90 days.How to withdraw money from Blousmart Wallet

- Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner and go to the help section.
- Choose ‘Blue Wallet’ from available aid topics.
- Scroll below ‘Does it solve your issue?’ Tap on section and thumb-down icon.
- This will allow you to contact Blusmart support and request a refund.
- It may take 5-7 days to credit the amount of withdrawal of the original source.
Gensol engineering dispute:
Blasmart has been supported by two Gensol Engineering Promoters, which have recently been stopped by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) from violation of alleged fund diversion and regulatory criteria from securities markets. Gensol is the EV leasing partner of Blusmart.
According to SEBI’s allegations, which came out for the first time earlier this week, the promoters were considering the public company funds as their personal property. The promoters are allegedly investigating to root funds for the respective institutions and use them for unrelated expenses. Alleged fund is misused 262 crores, which was part of the loan given to Gensol to buy EVS. The loan was provided by the State Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA) and Power Finance Corporation (PFC).
As a result, SEBI has stopped the founders from holding key positions in the company, putting a shadow on the company’s future.
