Once a cardholder meets the spending milestone, HDFC Bank will send lounge vouchers through SMS and email. These vouchers must be claimed within 120 days and can be used at eligible lounges within 180 days.
The bank allows up to eight complimentary domestic lounge visits in a year, limited to two per quarter.
To check if they qualify for lounge access, users can log in to HDFC NetBanking or the MobileBanking app. They should go to the credit card section, select their Tata Neu Infinity card, and click on ‘Redeem Reward Points’ to open the Rewards Portal.
There, under ‘MyReward’ and ‘Spend Promo Details’, users can track their spending and eligibility status.
International lounge access remains unchanged. Cardholders continue to receive four complimentary visits per year through the Priority Pass program. This benefit is available for both RuPay and Visa versions of the card. However, RuPay users must pay an additional fee of $3.25 per visit.
The Tata Neu Infinity card also offers key rewards and benefits. It gives 5% in NeuCoins on non-EMI spending made on the Tata Neu platform and with Tata brand partners. For other non-Tata or EMI-based transactions, it gives 1.5% in NeuCoins. Users earn an extra 5% in NeuCoins on purchases made via the Tata Neu website or app.
The card includes insurance coverage too. It provides up to ₹9 lakh in lost card liability cover, ₹15 lakh for emergency overseas hospitalisation, and ₹1 crore as accidental death cover.
New cardholders get 1,499 NeuCoins as a welcome bonus if they complete their first transaction within 30 days of card issuance. The bank also waives the annual renewal fee if a user spends more than ₹3 lakh in a year.
Additionally, the card waives a 1% fuel surcharge on transactions between ₹400 and ₹5,000 at fuel stations across India. The maximum waiver is ₹500 per billing cycle.
