Shares of Dynacons Systems and Solutions surged over 8.5% on Monday, April 21, following the company’s announcement that it had secured a ₹138.44 crore digital workplace solutions contract from Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC).
The stock touched an intraday high of ₹1,198, reflecting an 8.49% surge, and was trading 6.3% higher at ₹1,174.50 around 10:20 AM. Over the past month, the stock has gained nearly 13%, although it still remains down by around 18.35% for the year.
Details of the LIC Deal
Dynacons Systems and Solutions has bagged a significant deal from LIC, which includes the supply, installation, and maintenance of desktop computers and all-in-one systems as part of the insurer’s digital workplace transformation initiative.
The company stated, “This comprehensive project includes end-to-end installation and support services over the next three years, aimed at ensuring optimal system performance while promoting environmentally sustainable practices.” The initiative also features a buyback program for outdated systems, contributing to the circular economy.
Dynacons shares have continued their upward momentum, registering gains for five consecutive trading sessions and rising nearly 23% during this period.
Dynacons Systems and Solutions Reports Strong Q3 FY25 Results with Record Profit Growth
Dynacons Systems and Solutions Ltd. has delivered robust financial results for the third quarter of FY 2024-25, posting record highs in both operating and net profits. The company reported net sales of ₹311.02 crore for the quarter, reflecting a strong year-on-year growth of 37.1%. Net profit surged by 39.47% compared to the same quarter last year, reaching ₹18.34 crore.
