“Temption Island” has been renewed for season 2 in Netflix, Diversity Especially learned.
The reality series started its first season on streaming giants (and overall ninth season) on 12 March. The show made a global top 10 list for a week and spent three weeks on the US Top 10 TV list. The show originally broadcast on Fox from 2001–2003, and then revived for five more sessions before going to Netflix in the USA network in 2019.
Season 2 of “Temption Island” in Netflix is now casting. Mark L. Wallberg will return as hosts. The official series stated in Sinopsis:
In the new season of this brand of ” Temption Island ‘, emotions will move high, when four couples, each at one intersection in their relationship, to put their love in the final test as the head of the temptation island because they agree to live separately with a group of solo of opposite sex. Will they agree to the couple together or with a new ones.
David Goldberg and David Freedman work as an executive producer at the show, produced by Banijay Studio North America.
In an interview with Diversity After the end of the season, Goldberg discussed the casting process that goes to choose the couples seen in the show.
“This is actually about the problems that occur in the joints and the real world,” he said. “Many people watch ‘Temptation Island’ and say that it is a show that tries to break relationships. We watch it differently, and watch a show that tests relationships. Couples do not come on ‘Temption Island’, because everything is very good.
