US President Joe Biden, who is facing close examination regarding his mental capability to lead, mistakenly called his Vice President Kamala Harris “Vice President Trump” on Thursday.
If President Trump chose not to run again, Biden believes Harris is capable of beating him based on her qualifications as Vice President.
