NEET UG Supreme Court 2024 Date and Time: CJO Chandrachud, in the recent hearing, raised concerns about the expensive nature of acquiring leaked papers, stating that the goal was not to devalue the significance of NEET but to gain financially.

NEET UG Exam 2024 SC Hearing on Monday, 22 July: The Supreme Court will be in focus on Monday, July 22, as it continues to hear the NTA NEET UG 2024 petitions. According to the Supreme Court’s ruling, the National Testing Agency (NTA) released the NEET-UG results for all candidates, categorized by city and exam center, on neet.nta.nic.in on Saturday.

In the meantime, it was mentioned that any choice to reschedule NEET-UG 2024 exams should rely on solid proof that the credibility of the entire medical entrance test was undermined. As per LiveLaw, the lawyer told the SC that the NTA said the rise in scores was due to a reduction in syllabus, despite changes in syllabus content.

In the previous trial, the judges also asked about how the NEET question papers were being handed out. CJO Chandrachud questioned the expensive nature of acquiring leaked papers, stating that the goal was not to devalue the national significance of NEET but to make a profit. Hence, individuals who stand to gain would not disseminate the documents extensively.

The Supreme Court discussed two possible outcomes of the NEET exam leak. CJI mentioned that the leak happened either before the documents were in the possession of the bank or before May 3rd. It occurred after departing from banks on the way to centers.
