The UFC and Meta platforms have made a big deal with each other.
The mixed martial arts (MMA) organization unveiled the “multi-year” partnership with Meta on Wednesday, stating that Mark Zuckerberg-Run Tech Giars would now serve as their first “official fan technology partner”.
According to UFC owned by TKO group, they will team to use Meta technology platforms, services and products including Meta AI, Meta Chashma, Meta Quest, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Threads, “

Meta UFC will also have “official AI Glass Partner” and its social media platforms will be the “official social media partner” of the MMA organization.

He said, “We have already started working on some innovations with meta around a new fighter ranking system, which I will share soon.” “The next few years will be a full game changer for fans of this game.”
Through the partnership, the meta will be integrated into UFC assets with wide activism in all pay-per-views and fight nights “such as branding on the octagon where UFC fighters compete, according to the UFC, facilities in broadcasting and field fan experiences.
The partnership may look like a variety for something, as Zuckerberg is a major lover of MMA, who has been seen in several UFC quarrels over the years and has been practiced by MMA himself. White is also a recent addition to the meta board, selected earlier this year.

“I love this game and I am eager to work with UFC to allow fans to experience it in new ways,” Zuckerberg said in a statement with an announcement of the partnership.
Meta warns
The UFC has more than 40 live events each year and reach more than 950 million houses globally with the broadcast of those people.
At the end of February, TKO Group CEO Emmanuel said during the company’s fourth quarter earnings that “UFC had the highest-grossing event records in 2024, five of them now do the largest ranking in UFC history.”

UFC brought a TKO group of over $ 1.4 billion in total revenue in 2024 from media rights, live events, sponsorship and consumer products.
The TKP group also owns WWE and professional bull riding (PBR).
